We do not offer refunds or returns in cash. However, we provide product exchange only under specific conditions.
📦 Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange will only be accepted if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Proper evidence (unboxing video or clear images) is provided showing the damage
- The product is unused and in its original packaging

- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Complaints received after 24 hours will not be accepted
📸 Required Evidence
To process an exchange request, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Uncut unboxing video (preferred for faster approval)
- Order details (name, phone number, order ID)
🚚 Exchange Process
- Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement product
- The replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days
- No additional delivery charges will be applied for approved exchanges
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is damaged due to customer misuse
- Request is made after 24 hours
- No valid proof is provided
- Product has been used or opened improperly
