We do not offer refunds or returns in cash. However, we provide product exchange only under specific conditions.

📦 Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will only be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proper evidence (unboxing video or clear images) is provided showing the damage
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • Complaints received after 24 hours will not be accepted

📸 Required Evidence

To process an exchange request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Uncut unboxing video (preferred for faster approval)
  • Order details (name, phone number, order ID)

🚚 Exchange Process

  • Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement product
  • The replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days
  • No additional delivery charges will be applied for approved exchanges

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is damaged due to customer misuse
  • Request is made after 24 hours
  • No valid proof is provided
  • Product has been used or opened improperly
